Case Study: Upscale Hotel Books A Promotion With Calendars

Challenge: Shoreham Hotel, a boutique property in New York City, wanted a year-end gift for VIP corporate accounts that fit with its modern brand image. The hotel was fresh from a multimillion-dollar makeover that transformed it from a weathered lodging space to a showpiece of art and contemporary style.

Solution: The hotel’s team contacted Stephanie Kraut, an account executive with New York, New York-based ePromos Promotional Products (UPIC: EPROMOS), for help finding a promotional gift to say “Happy Holidays” and “thank you.” During a brainstorming session at ePromos’s showroom, the team selected the acrylic Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) perpetual calendar. “MoMA” was imprinted on the lower right and “Shoreham” was imprinted at left center.

Result: The Shoreham corporate sales team and customers loved the calendars, which successfully reflected the Shoreham brand.
