Industry News: Incentive Marketing Association Announces 2010 Board

Jimmy Beyer, vice president of business development for Miami, Florida-based Helix Global Solutions,has been elected to serve as the 2010 president of the board of directors for the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA).

In addition to Beyer, the IMA board also elected officers and board members for the 2010 term:

Executive Vice President: Barbara Hendrickson, CPIM, of Livonia, Michigan-based Incentives
Vice President: Spencer Toomey, IP, of Westport, Connecticut-based The Corporate Marketplace
Treasurer: Dave Peer, CPIM, of Chicago, Illinois-based Hinda Incentives
Secretary: Mike Arvelo, CPIM, of Red Bank, New Jersey-based Paramax
Past President: Norma Jean Knollenberg, CPIM, of Oshkosh, Wisconsin-based Top Brands, Inc.

Newly elected board members:
Andrew Dodge of Freeport, Maine-based L.L. Bean Direct to Business
Mark Jenkins of Wichita, Kansas-based Pioneer Balloon Company
Mike Landry of South Plainfield, New Jersey-based Tumi
Rick Low of Glen Allen, Virginia-base Hamilton Beach
Mike Ryan of New York, New York-based MADISON Performance Company

Dave Peer of Hinda Incentives and Rob Purdy of Markham, Ontario-based Carlton Group Ltd., were elected to a second three-year term. Heidi Chatfield of Fiskdale, Massachusetts-based All Star Incentive Marketing fills an open position.
