It’s The PPAI Expo 2010 with all the bells and whistles you want. It doesn’t require batteries, but will without a doubt re-charge yours. Unwrap your package, take it out of the box and experience the greatest industry tradeshow you’ll ever attend.
Remember how you checked out the Sears catalog as a kid? Many of us referred to it as our “wish book.” Browse the new PPAI Expo website now to determine which events will go to the top of your list. Savor the offerings. Flip through those pages time and time again to be certain you don’t miss anything. This year you won’t have to worry about sharing your wish book with a brother or sister. It’s easy to check out all The Expo offerings online whenever you want, wherever you are.
If you’re like Santa and want to load your sleigh early, be sure to take advantage of Expo PlanIt. This improved online application includes a free multilevel text search enabling distributors and promotional consultants to sort exhibitors by name, product, city, aisle or any combination of elements. You can also click on images to save them and send them to clients and prospects. It’s a feature-rich tool suppliers will want to leverage to reach PPAI Expo attendees. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer will help PPAI light the way with instructional webinars this month to teach suppliers, distributors and promotional consultants how to get the most from Expo PlanIt.
The elves are busy building new toys including the Green Pavilion, Action Central and DECORATE. The Green Pavilion will showcase any product that is reusable, recyclable, made from recycled materials or eco-friendly. Products may be new or not so new, but the ideas you stuff in your bag hold the promise of new revenue streams for you and value-added branding power for your clients. The Green Pavilion will be conveniently located with brand. and the New Product Pavilion in the ballroom of Level 2 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
Action Central: Product Safety and Legislation is another new offering where attendees can learn everything about product safety, compliance and legislation affecting our industry. If that weren’t enough, you can also plan to visit with Hope Tackaberry, PPAI’s senior manager of regional relations, and Anne Lardner about government relations and legislative activities and take action immediately through an internet connection set up in the booth.
DECORATE is a textile-decorating equipment show primarily focused on introducing and educating decorator resellers to the promotional products industry. It is much like the NNEP show that was co-located with The PPAI Expo 2008 and brought more than 800 attendees to The PPAI Expo. DECORATE is expected to bring a new market of potential buyers to The Expo. Located in a separate exhibit location with a separate entrance, DECORATE promises to open new doors for exhibiting suppliers.
