HALO/Lee Wayne Parent Declares Quarterly Dividend

Compass Diversified Holdings, parent of Sterling, Illinois, distributor HALO/Lee Wayne (UPIC: LEEWAYNE) reported a quarterly cash distribution of $0.34 per share. The distribution for the three months ended June 30 is payable to all holders of record as of July 23.

"We have now declared a distribution each quarter since our initial public offering (IPO) in May of 2006 and, including this quarter, will have cumulatively distributed $5.3152 per share to our shareholders," says Joe Massoud, chief executive officer of Compass.
