ThermoServ Acquires MugWorld

Dallas, Texas, supplier ThermoServ Ltd. (UPIC: THRMOSRV) has acquired Gainesville, Texas, supplier MugWorld Inc. The headquarters of MugWorld will remain in Gainesville and MugWorld will keep its name, serving as a product line under the ThermoServ umbrella. Financial information on the deal was not disclosed.

MugWorld employs 20 and all will remain with the new company.

Started in 2002, MugWorld produces a series of American-made ceramic mugs, coasters and trivets with images from all branches of the military, more than 200 collegiant licenses and licensed art from more than 75 artists and photographers.
